1. The service
DriveVault is operated by Flyonz.
DriveVault provides tools for connecting Google Drive accounts and managing supported file operations from a unified workspace. Google Drive remains the storage provider for your Google Drive files.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your DriveVault account unless prohibited by applicable law.
3. Google authorization
DriveVault can act on Google Drive only after you authorize access through Google OAuth. You may remove a connected Google account from DriveVault or revoke DriveVault access from your Google Account settings.
You must only connect accounts and manage files that you are authorized to access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use DriveVault to violate law, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse Google APIs, disrupt the service, probe other users' data, or automate activity in a way that materially harms the service or its providers.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for files and content in your Google Drive. DriveVault does not claim ownership of your content. You instruct DriveVault to process Drive metadata and file content only as necessary to perform the features and actions you request.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party services outside DriveVault's control. Features that rely on Google Drive can stop working if Google changes APIs, quotas, permissions, or account policies.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DriveVault is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should maintain appropriate backups and review destructive actions before confirming them.
8. Termination and deletion
You may stop using DriveVault at any time and can delete your DriveVault account from Settings. DriveVault may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address abuse or security risks.
